• It is the first CBD in China which has passed the Environmental Impact Assessment. The total green land will reach 296 hectares until 2020, that is, 17.2 m2 per capita. In addition, the artificial lake—Mengze Lake, with 500,000m2 inside the CBD will perfectly match the 13-hectare Wangjiadun Park and thus turn it into an environmental center.
• There is also a “Golden Bank” around the lake with relaxation corridors, a pristine Metasequoia land with natural oxygen and primitive landscapes, and vast afforestation, cultural artworks and European style buildings.
